MSSL SCOREKEEPERS MM & DOLPHIN SOFTWARE

Clinic #1: 

SUNDAY, April 29th, 2018: JCC 12500 NW Military Hwy., San Antonio in Room #229 from 2-4 p.m. (You need only to attend one of the software clinics as the information being given is the same.)

Objective: To become familiar with Hy-Tek Meet Manager software. Scorekeepers learn how to use the Dolphin Timing System in conjunction with Meet Manager to run meets.                                 

1. Please follow the guidelines on Hy-Tek Team Manager Set-up Document and the Hy-Tek Meet Manager: Meets Document located on the Hy-Tek Dowloads page on the league web site in the private member section listed at the bottom of the home page. The user ID and password will be given to you by your team rep.
2. Have Team Manager and Meet Manager software and the Dolphin Timing system loaded and updated on the team's computer. Teams should have the team roster already entered into SwimTopia team website according to document directions.
3. Have at least 1 home dual meet set up in Meet Manager by following the directions on how to set up the meet from the Meet Manager document #1. Name the meets. Example: ABC Swim Team vs. XYZ Swim Team.
4. Print out the Meet Manager documents for your personal use.
5. Bring a fully-charged battery and/or a long multi-plug extension cord to the clinic.
